We are not responsible for the consequences of airline delays, flight reschedules, flight re-routing or flight cancellations.
We respectfully remind you that as part of the Airport transfers booking process, we recommend an optimum time for the bus journey. We take into account the journey time and recommended check in times or estimated luggage collection and passport and custom clearance. It is your responsibility to allow ample time for a stress-less journey. This is also bought to your attention on the booking confirmation.

We are not responsible for traffic patterns and delays which are outside our control.

Flexibility of Travel:

Don't worry, if your plane arrives early or late, as you may use the same ticket at no extra cost to travel on the next available bus, up to 60 minutes either side of your booked time. Please note we cannot always guarantee there will be spare seats, especially at busy times since passengers travelling on their booked service have their seats guaranteed and will be boarded first.

For passengers travelling to the airport from London, we strongly recommend travelling on the service for which you are booked, as it is not always possible to transfer to an alternative service.
If you are outside of the above 60 minute policy, a new ticket(s) would need to be purchased and will be charged at the current ticket desk fares.

At the Airports:

If you have missed your service OR would like to travel on an earlier service, you MUST go to the easyBus Counter in the arrivals concourse and present your tickets.
Our Counter staff will validate seat availability and advise you of the next available departure. You will also be given a new ticket for presentation to the Driver.

Outside of these hours or if the easyBus ticket desk is closed please see the Driver.

At the Pick up locations:

Our pick up locations are not manned so please consult the Driver, when our ticket desks are closed.
Priority is always given to passengers who have pre-booked for that specific service.

You may be permitted to travel on the bus without any additional payment subject to seat availability, if the service is up to 60 minutes either side of your booked time.

Please note that if you arrive early seats may appear to be vacant, however we may have seat reservations from passenger(s) on that service at subsequent pick up locations. The Driver will be able to advise you accordingly.
