The Inter terminal Transit (monorail) between London Gatwick Airport North and Gatwick Airport South is now closed until May 2010 to allow for its refurbishment.

Passengers wishing to travel between the two terminals, Gatwick North to Gatwick South, must now use a free BAA shuttle bus which operates every 3 minutes (approx) and should take about 5 minutes. However BAA Gatwick are advising passengers to allow 20 minutes to get between the two terminals.

This means if you are flying to/from North terminal the easyBus can save you time and hassle getting to/from London plus saves you more money compared to more expensive train, taxis and mini-cabs located mostly at the South Terminal. Please note we cannot always guarantee there will be spare seats, especially at busy times since passengers travelling on their booked service have their seats guaranteed and will be boarded first.

For passengers travelling to the airport from London, we strongly recommend travelling on the service for which you are booked as it is not always possible to transfer to an alternative.
