What time bus should I book ?

Each airline carrier would advise you of the recommended check in time. Our new booking system will allow two hours if you are travelling to the airport and allow between 45-60 minutes if you arrive at London Airports based on your departure and arrival time of the flight. Our departure time recommendations assist you in your travel planning. It is never the less your responsibility to plan your journey and remove stress factors. Please allow enough time as delays can happen due to the traffic conditions.

Travelling To The Airports

When travelling to the Airport our booking system will select a service that arrives two hours prior to your entered flight departure time. This recommendation will be highlighted on the service alternatives displayed. You may select earlier or later service if you so desire. However, please note easyBus is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
It is realised that some passengers may have telephone check in and just the hand luggage. We advise you not to ignore time needed to go through the security checks and also traffic developments as these may change rapidly. Why plan stress? . This suggested two hour in most cases allow for any unforeseen delays en route (caused for example by extreme weather conditions, excessive traffic congestion or road closure) the check in process and the enhanced passport and security screening measures in place.

If you arrive early at any London pick up point (in time to catch a service up to 90 minutes prior to your booked service) you may be permitted to travel on the next northbound service without any additional payment subject to seat availability.

If you arrive late at any London pick up point (up to 90 minutes after your booked service) and have missed your booked bus you may be permitted to travel on the next northbound service without any additional payment subject to seat availability.

Priority is always given to passengers who have pre-booked for that specific service.

If you wish to travel more than 90 minutes either side of your booked time you will be required to pay an additional fare of £2. 

easyBus respectfully reminds customers that as part of the booking process, the customer has confirmed that they have allowed ample time between the scheduled arrival time of the easyBus and the closure of flight check in. Airlines do not under any circumstances "hold" a flight departure pending the delayed arrival of passengers whatever their mode of travel to the airport.

Travelling From The Airport
When travelling from the Airport our booking system will select a service that leaves 60 minutes after your arrival time entered on the booking screen. This recommendation will be highlighted on the service alternatives displayed. You may select earlier or later service if you so desire. It usually takes between 45 and 60 minutes from a plane touching down to a passenger appearing in the arrivals hall having cleared (where appropriate) Passport (Immigration) Control, Baggage Reclaim and Customs.
If you arrive early or late within 90 before or after  your booked service time  you may travel on that service subject to seat availability without any additional payment. You must go to the easyBus ticket desk (in the arrivals concourse) where seat availability can be confirmed and booking confirmation amended.
If you wish to travel more than 90 minutes before or after your booked time, an addition fare of £2 will become payable. .
General Notes:
easyBus and its operators use their best endeavours to transport you and your luggage to your booked destination at the stated arrival time. However easyBus and its operators are not liable for any delays, consequential losses or costs incurred as a result of late departures or late arrivals.
easyBus does not give refunds (or re-credit easyBus accounts) to passengers who miss their booked easyBus (for any reason whatsoever) are unable or decide not to travel on the next available service.

easyBus is not responsible for the consequences of airline delays, flight reschedules, and flight rerouting or flight cancellations.
easyBus does not refund fares paid in the event of any of these occurrences.
