Customer Service Agent vacancies now with easyBus

Permanent and temporary, £7.75 per hour

Location: Gatwick airport (perm.) and Stansted airport (temp.)

This is an exciting opportunity to join easyBus, the leading airport transfer operator from Stelios, the founder of easyJet, as a customer service agent at London's airports

As part of this role you will also be required to:

  • Sell easyBus tickets to prospective passengers
  • Answering easyBus related enquiries either in person or online
  • Monitoring easyBus services to and from the airport
  • Training will be provided

The ideal candidate will have:

Key Skills:

  • High levels of customer focus and understanding
  • Excellent communication and inter personal skills
  • IT literate with ability to use excel, word and online systems
  • Must be able to work accurately and with attention to detail
  • Used to payment cash and card handling

Essential Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • IT Skills
  • Must qualify for issue of Airport ID Pass
  • Must be punctual and reliable

Desirable Qualifications or Experience

Experience of working at an airport or in a travel and tourism environment
Multi Lingual

The pay:

£7.75 per hour (full details of the pay and benefits package will be provided at the interview)

Hours of work:

easyBus operates services 7 days a week with buses in operation 24 hours a day.
Average of 38 hours per week
There will be variety of shift patterns including early, middle and late shifts.
